Tom has been with PDI since 2002. He has served in various roles throughout the organization in engineering, service and production. His previous roles include Product Development Manager and Production Manager. Tom joined the PDI Sales Team in 2016. He manages PDI clients throughout the USA and Canada.

Shannon joined PDI in 2011 and currently is responsible for Worldwide Software Sales and Client Support, along with PHP Testing. In addition to PDI’s international business, Shannon executes flawless Webinar Trainings facilitated by the Founders and PDI’s Training Workshops. She has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing, which includes Consumer Behavior, Strategic Communications and Marketing Strategy with a strong background in superior client satisfaction. Shannon holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications and Marketing from Cleveland State University.

Cassidy joins the PDI sales team in 2021 to manage sales and customer support in international markets, including Asia, Europe and UAE. She graduated from Cleveland State University, and has strong customer service, organizational and leadership skills. Cassidy has experience in client relationship management and is a valuable member of the team.
