The PDA-DLT software add-on is specifically designed for quality assurance testing of drilled shafts and bored piles. The PDA-DLT software add-on allows for multiple configurations of force measurement. The PDA system acquires data from accelerometers and strain transducers attached to a pile or shaft so that High Strain Dynamic Tests (ASTM D4945) may be performed. For bored piles or drilled shafts, the tests require the impact of a suitable drop weight.

The PDA-DLT Software Add-On:

  • Efficiently addresses Bored Pile testing challenges
  • Collects data from Top-Force Transducer.
    • Automatically calculates equivalent force in the pile from measured forces in the cell for CAPWAP analysis.
    • User can toggle between forces in the pile and forces in the top-force transducer etc.
  • Transfer energy ratio is calculated by the program
  • User can input drop height
  • Tabular output for all blows

The PDA-DLT conforms to ASTM D4945.
