How can a user change their cloud password?

After the initial login to the client’s cloud, the user can change their password. To do so, adhere to the following steps:

  • •Login with the current username and password.
  • •While on the homepage, hover the cursor over the username in the right-hand corner of the homepage; a drop-down menu will appear.
  • •Click Change Password.
  • •Once directed to the Change Password screen, enter the current and new passwords into the designated boxes.
The new password must be at least 6 characters long, with at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one special character. The same login credentials can be used for any PDI-Cloud product and across client domains.
