When preparing a shaft for CSL Testing, can access tubes with different diameters be used in the same shaft?

During CSL testing, engineers can put access tubes with different diameters in the same shaft. Nevertheless, the tubes must all have internal diameters larger than 38 mm (1.5 inches). The Cross-Hole Analyzer (CHAMP) and the CHA-W software allow engineers to enter the tubes’ diameters individually. Use “centralizers” to keep the probes in the center of the tubes. Regardless, there might be some difficulty keeping the tubes centered if they are not the same length but have the same bottom tube elevation.
