The Angle Analyzer automatically measures the angles of installation in two planes (with respect to vertical) of any type of piles, including auger cast-in-place (CFA).
A small sensor package is attached to the pile leads (the pile is aligned parallel to the leads). The Angle Analyzer continuously displays angles in two perpendicular planes, enabling the crane operator to adjust the pile leads to the desired inclination (often vertical). Frequent stops to adjust the inclination are eliminated to dramatically improve productivity.
The Angle Analyzer is particularly useful to contractors to reduce installation delays or in difficult over-water situations, significantly improving efficiency and productivity.
