Pat is Vice President of GRL and manager of the Illinois office. He has been with GRL since 1992. Prior to that, Pat was with STS Consultants for 12 years. Pat has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He has published in numerous journals and was the Principal Investigator for both the 1995 edition and for an upcoming revision of the Federal Highway Administration manual “Design and Construction of Driven Pile Foundations”. Pat is a Co-Principal Investigator for the National Cooperative Highway Research to incorporate specifications into AASHTO code. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in 17 states. Pat is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Deep Foundations Institute and Pile Driving Contractors Association.
