| PDA and CAPWAP Workshops |

PDA and CAPWAP workshops are geared to users of PDA equipment and to those that
already have some background in dynamic testing. These events, which have varying topics, are a wonderful
opportunity for engineers involved with dynamic testing to exchange job stories, share experiences, ask
questions, learn about new developments and enhance their foundation testing skills. GRL Engineers / Pile Dynamics, Inc. are authorized by IACET to offer CEUs for this program.
The High Strain Dynamic Pile Testing Examination (HSDPT) is frequently offered in conjunction with this event. The HSDPT Examination and
Certification program is administered by Foundation QA . Please contact
Foundation QA for details about the exam. Pile Dynamics endorses this examination
for practitioners offering High Strain Foundations testing services.

| Wave Equation Workshops |
 |
Wave Equation Workshops introduce the engineer
to the GRLWEAP software for pile driving simulation and analysis. A portion of the
workshop is devoted to the theory of wave equation. At the conclusion of the workshop
participants should be able to gather the necessary information to prepare the input for a
realistic dynamic pile analysis, and should be familiar with the programs analysis and
output options (bearing graph, inspector’s chart, driveability analysis). Examples
and case studies cover several types of piles (uniform, non-uniform, steel, concrete).
Workshops are held several times a year. GRL Engineers / Pile Dynamics, Inc. are authorized
by IACET to offer CEUs for this program.

| Integrity Testing Workshops |

PDI gears these workshops to contractors, engineers, project
owners, project inspectors and specification writers with an interest in pulse
echo testing with the Pile Integrity Tester and cross hole sonic logging with
the Cross-Hole Analyzer. Attendees will become
familiar with the theories in which these methods are based and with their
practical applications. Topics include good
quality data acquisition skills and data interpretation. GRL Engineers / Pile Dynamics, Inc. are authorized by IACET to offer CEUs for this program.
